Leave your boredom behind by signing up for this exciting one day abseiling with us.
For a start, we teach how to use your device and all the safety procedures you will be needing. We shall be using the Single Rope Technique (SRT). You will also have the opportunity to use a number of equipment you might not have heard of such as grigri, stop, karabiners, figure of eight and Air Traffic Controller (ATC).

Lunch will be provided. After a little rest, we shall proceed to abseil down from a dizzying height of 100 meters with three stations from the summit of Damai Cave. Get a bird’s eye view from there!

Courses includes full usage of the equipment, refreshment, packed lunch and an experience instructor.
